Your mother's Alzheimer's
doesn't have to be

your future.

But you need to act early.

If your mother — or her mother — had Alzheimer's, you already know the fear that sits in the back of your mind. You've seen what this disease does — not just to the person who has it, but to everyone who loves her. You know you don't want that for yourself. And you don't want your family to go through what you went through. You're right to take that seriously. The research is clear: The time to act is now — not after a diagnosis.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I'm not just your guide.

I'm on the same path.

My great-grandmother had Alzheimer's. My grandmother had it. My aunt. My mother. And my cousin — who was only 64 years old when it took her life. Five women in my direct maternal line. I've seen this disease move through my family, and I understood early that I was likely standing in its path.

I remember the moment I truly knew. I was sitting in my mother's kitchen while she told me the same story four times in a row, with no awareness she had already told it. When I asked if she realized she had told me the same story four times in a row, she became defensive — "Don't you forget, I have a highly technical job I go to every day and do very well." I knew in that moment that this could be my future too.

That awareness pushed me to find an answer — not just for my family, but for the women I work with, and ultimately for myself. I am more committed than ever to helping every woman who shares my history stop the generational cascade of Alzheimer's.

I'm not standing at the front of the room telling you what to do. I'm walking the same road, a few steps ahead — with you."

"When it comes to being at risk for Alzheimer's, waiting for symptoms is the riskiest thing you can do."

WHAT YOUR DOCTOR ISN'T TELLING YOU

By the time symptoms appear,
the damage has been building

for up to twenty years.

This isn't meant to frighten you. It's meant to free you — because it means the time to act is now — whether you have no symptoms at all or are just beginning to notice changes you've been dismissing as normal aging.

01

Alzheimer's is not a disease you develop suddenly

The brain changes associated with Alzheimer's begin silently — 10 to 20 years before the first memory lapse. By the time a diagnosis is made, the disease has already been progressing for a long time. A diagnosis is not the beginning of the problem — it's evidence of how long it has been building.

02

Your family history raises your risk — but it doesn't decide your fate

A maternal history of Alzheimer's increases your risk meaningfully, but genetics alone do not determine your outcome. The research is clear that lifestyle, metabolic health, and targeted intervention can change the trajectory — especially when you begin before symptoms appear.

03

Conventional medicine has no early intervention plan for you

If you walk into your doctor's office today and say "my mother — and/or grandmother — had Alzheimer's and I'm worried," you will most likely be told it can't be prevented, or to try a Mediterranean diet and exercise. There is no standard-of-care protocol for prevention. The work of prevention is not happening in conventional medicine — it is happening in functional health, and it requires a very different approach.

04

Early detection changes everything

New blood tests can now detect Alzheimer's-related biomarkers years before symptoms begin. This means you don't have to wait and wonder. You can get information, take targeted action, and retest to measure your progress. Knowledge is not a burden here — it is your greatest advantage.

"The women who have the best outcomes are not the ones who waited for a diagnosis. They are the ones who decided — while they still felt completely fine — that they were not going to let this disease write their story."

"We help you use Dr. Bredesen's proven protocol to prevent Alzheimer's."

THE DIRECT ACCESS COMMUNITY

Everything you need to begin —
and someone who's
already done it
walking alongside you.

Direct Access is a monthly membership community for women over 50 with a maternal history of Alzheimer's who are ready to stop worrying and start doing something about it. It is education, community, and ongoing access to me — all in one place, for one straightforward monthly fee.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO UNDERSTAND

"Practitioners who do this specialized work charge tens of thousands of dollars and work primarily with people who already have a diagnosis. Direct Access exists to make prevention accessible — for the women who need it most, before symptoms appear."

What's included in your membership

Monthly live Zoom calls with Angela

Each month we gather around a topic based on what members are experiencing and want to talk about. You bring your questions. This is not a lecture — it's a conversation. Calls are recorded if you miss one.

Direct Q&A access to Angela

Ask questions within the community space anytime. This alone is something you cannot get anywhere else at this price. Angela has over a decade of specialized experience in Alzheimer's prevention — access to that knowledge, month after month, is the core of what makes this community different.

A community of women on the same path

The connection with others who share your family history — and your determination — is consistently what members say they value most. You are not alone in this. Members join from across the US and beyond. Some have been here from the beginning.

Courses, resources, and ongoing education

A growing library of content covering every factor that drives prevention: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, supplements, toxins, gut health, and lab testing. Organized and presented for women who want practical ways to apply the latest research.

Supplement discounts

Members receive access to Angela's practitioner supplement discount. For many members, this discount alone offsets a meaningful portion of the monthly fee.

A path forward from day one

New members don't have to figure out where to start. The optional 10-week Quick Start course walks you through the foundational action steps in a clear, manageable sequence so you can begin making progress immediately.

Quarterly group coaching

Four times a year the community comes together for a focused 30-day experience built around one pillar of prevention — diet, gut health, sleep, toxins, stress reduction, or physical and cognitive fitness. Weekly Zoom sessions led by Angela, recorded for members who can't attend live. Structured, supported, and designed to create real habits — not just information.

Ten years of experience. A certified practitioner with one focus — and a community of women determined to avoid Alzheimer's.

Practitioners with Angela's combination of credentials, personal history, and decade of focused experience in Alzheimer's prevention are extraordinarily rare. If you've been searching for someone who truly specializes in this — not as one service among many, but as their sole professional focus — you've found her.

A NOTE ON WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Direct Access does not include individualized lab interpretation or one-on-one coaching — those require dedicated time and are available separately. What it does include is more ongoing access to Angela's expertise than most people get from practitioners they pay five times as much to see once. Members who want to go deeper into advanced testing can work with Angela privately; the community is where that foundation is built.

FROM THE COMMUNITY

Women who decided
not to wait.

These are real members of Direct Access — not curated success stories, but women with a maternal history of Alzheimer's who made a decision and keep showing up. In their own words.

Ellen

Member since 2021 · Long maternal family history of Alzheimer's

4+ YEARS IN THE COMMUNITY

"It has been a lifeline. I could not have done this protocol without it."

Ellen came to Direct Access after noticing brain fog and memory slowness — symptoms that led her to an Alzheimer's clinic, a brain MRI showing mild atrophy, and a conventional medicine response that amounted to: maybe take this medication, you might have Alzheimer's, you might not. She knew there had to be more.

On what she values most: "This is not a job for Angela. This is a mission for her. She doesn't just talk the talk. She walks the walk — and she is interested in and cares about each one of us."

Her advice to anyone considering joining: "Do it today. I truly believe Alzheimer's can be prevented. I've seen it in myself. And I wish my mom had this access when she was going through Alzheimer's."

COMMUNITY MEMBER

"It's a big part of my life. She definitely makes it achievable."

During Covid lockdowns, Tina noticed she couldn't remember things she'd done years ago. Her husband would mention trips they'd taken together and she had no recollection of them. She started mentioning her memory worries to her siblings on their weekly Zoom calls — and her sister introduced her to Dr. Bredesen's work.

She read the book cover to cover. For the first time, she felt there was something she could actually do. But the science was dense and she couldn't find a ReCODE practitioner anywhere in the United Kingdom. She searched online, found Angela, and reached out — "I'm in the UK. Could I take advantage of what you offer?" Angela said yes.

On Angela's approach: "She's realistic because she knows life gets in the way. She's human and she has the same problems as us. She makes it achievable."

Her advice to anyone considering joining: "Do it. You get out of it what you put in. We get support from an extremely knowledgeable and supportive person — and you can ask anything you want, and someone will help you find an answer."

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Everything you need to know
before you say yes.

Yes — and in fact, no symptoms is exactly when this community is most valuable. Direct Access was built specifically for women who are still healthy and want to stay that way. The research is clear that intervention before symptoms appear produces the best outcomes. If you have a maternal history of Alzheimer's and you're over 50, you are precisely who this is for.

Is this right for me if I have no symptoms at all?

Yes — and in fact, no symptoms is exactly when this community is most valuable. Direct Access was built specifically for women who are still healthy and want to stay that way. The research is clear that intervention before symptoms appear produces the best outcomes. If you have a maternal history of Alzheimer's and you're over 50, you are precisely who this is for.

I already have an MCI diagnosis. Can I still join?

Yes. If you have an early MCI diagnosis you can still benefit from the community, although the most appropriate path includes comprehensive lab testing to uncover the reasons for your cognitive decline and a personalized protocol. Please schedule an initial consultation with Angela to determine if this is the right fit.

I don't know anything about this topic. Will I be able to keep up?

That's exactly what the 10-week Quick Start course is for. You don't need any prior knowledge. The community is designed to meet you where you are and build your understanding progressively. Angela's background in education means she teaches complex science in ways that are genuinely easy to understand — without talking down to you.

How much time does this require each week?

As much or as little as you have. The monthly Zoom call is the one structured commitment-and it's recorded and posted for those who is self paced. You don't have to be perfect. We focus on making progress. Members engage whatever level fits their life, and the commitment without pressure or judment.

Will Angela actually answer my questions personally?

Yes. Direct access to Angela is the foundation of this community — it's in the name. You can ask questions and receive Angela's input without scheduling or paying for a separate consultation. This is the single thing members consistently say they value most, and it's something you simply cannot get elsewhere at this price point.

Does the community include lab testing or interpretation?

Lab testing and individualized interpretation are not included in the monthly membership — they require dedicated one-on-one time and are available separately. Members who want to pursue advanced testing can work with Angela privately. The community includes extensive education about which tests matter and why, so you'll understand exactly what you're looking at when you're ready.

What if I want to cancel?

Simply send Angela an email. No forms, no cancellation process, no questions asked. Your payment stops and you retain full access through the end of your current paid period. There is no long-term contract and no penalty for leaving. In five years, not one member has ever requested a refund — but the flexibility is always there.

I've tried other wellness programs and never stayed with them. What makes this different?

Most wellness programs ask you to follow a general protocol designed for a general audience. Direct Access is built around a specific situation — yours. Every woman in this community shares the same family history, the same concern, and the same determination. That shared context creates a quality of connection and mutual understanding that general wellness programs simply cannot replicate.

Is Angela still actively practicing the protocol herself?

Yes — and this matters. Angela has a five-generation maternal history of Alzheimer's, has been practicing the full protocol for over a decade, and recently received an elevated p-tau 217 result on early detection blood testing — with no symptoms and strong cognitive function. She is not teaching from a distance. She is doing this work in her own life, tracking her own markers, and navigating the same questions her members face. That is not something you will find anywhere else.

YOUR DECISION

The best time to start
is
right now.

You've read this far because you know that hope without a strategy is not enough.

The women in this community didn't wait for an Alzheimer's diagnosis. They decided to start using a proven strategy while they still felt fine. That is the only version of this story with the best possible ending.

"I truly believe Alzheimer's can be prevented. I've seen it in myself. And I wish my mom had this access when she was going through Alzheimer's."

"Since completing my ReCODE certification in 2016, I have focused my entire functional health practice on Alzheimer's prevention. In my work and in my own family, I have seen what happens when people wait too long. No one can guarantee you will avoid this disease — but I know the path it takes after a diagnosis with no meaningful intervention. And so do you. Alzheimer's should be a rare disease. It can be — if we get busy preventing it. Come join us."
